Sandra Fox is a postdoctoral research fellow at Ben Gurion University and the incoming Jim Joseph postdoctoral fellow in education and religion at Stanford University. She received her doctorate in May 2018 History and Hebrew Judaic Studies from New York University. Her research considers intergenerational tension, identity politics, and the lived experience in Zionist, Yiddishist, Reform and Conservative Jewish summer camps in the American postwar period.  Sandra is also the founder and executive producer of  Vaybertaytsh: A Feminist Podcast in Yiddish, and serves on the editorial board of In geveb: A Journal of Yiddish Studies
